NOTICE

Respected Madam,

            In view of inertness shown to our letter dated 24-12-2012 to solve the problems being faced by employees through negotiation and in   accordance with the provisions of Sub Section (1) of Section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, we hereby notify that all the unions  affiliated to BPEF will hold a day long Dhrana at Dak Bhawan on 15-02-2103. In case  no negotiation channel opens and the demands  remains unsettled, the employees will go on two days strike on 20^th and 21^st February 2013. The Charter of Demands is enclosed for your ready reference and settlement.
