Divisional Conference at Jalpaiguri Divison in West Bengal held on 6^thJanuary,2013 at JALPAIGURI H.P.O premises.

Roy, Retd, Dy. Postmaster, Jalpaiguri HO and founder member BPEA, Jalpaiguri Dn.  Was the president of the Meeting. Sri  Bimal Kr. Mondal, SSPOs. Jalpaiguri Dn. Was remain present at the Flag Hoasting programme and Sri Somnath Pal, SPOS, Coochbehar Dn, was present at the meeting. Sri Kiran Sankar Ghosh, Sri Dhiren Debnath, Sri Ghanashyam Mukherjee from BMS also gave their speeches in the open session. Media persons also took interview of Sri Balaram Pandey which was widely published in all leading channels. About 100 postal members were remain present in the said meeting.
