फेडरेशन द्वारा सदस्यता सत्यापन की अनियमितताओ के सम्बद्ध में की गई शिकायत पर निदेशालय से पत्र जारी किये गये है जिसपर प्रत्येक मंडलों से रिपोर्ट निदेशालय को भेजा जाना है l

फेडरेशन की शिकायत थी कि सदस्यता फार्मो के जमा किए जाने के बाद तीनो संघों के मंडलीय सचिवो को एक साथ बैठाकर फार्मो की जाँच की जानी थी , जो कही नहीं किया गया l

अतएवं यदि वर्तमान में अधीछक / प्रवर अधीछक आपको बुलाकर यदि आपके सिग्नेचर लेना चाहे तो उसका लिखित विरोध करना है तथा प्रशाशन द्वारा दिये गये पत्र एवं संघठन द्वारा दिए गए जवाब की प्रति तत्काल फेडरेशन मुख्यालय टी -21 अतुल ग्रोव रोड नई दिल्ली पर भेजे l

ध्यान रहे, सदस्यता सत्यापन के मामले में कही पर भी सिग्नेचर नहीं करना है l

BE ALERT

The Federation has apprised the Directorate & Ministry about the various discrepancies in conducting the verification process-2015 . The Directorate has demanded report in this regard from each Divisions.

It was mentioned in letter dated 9-6-2015 that the Divisional Head will scrutinize the letter of authorization received from applicant unions in front of representatives of unions between 7^th August to 10 August 2015.

In maximum places this has not been done. Now, in a planned way the Divisional Heads are calling divisional Secretaries to indorse signature on scrutiny paper.

The response given by Sonu Kaushik, Divisional Secretary BRMS-III ,New Delhi Sorting Dn. Is placed below for your ready reference. kindly act accordingly and sent the reply to Federation.

In any case, do not sign in any papers with regard to verification process -2015

"आवश्यक सूचना "

बन्धुओ, आशा है कि आप सभी को बी.पी.ई.एफ. का निर्णय जो कि देर शाम 5 बजे हो पाया, मिल गया होगा l

मित्रों, हमने आपकी मांगों के समर्थन में 13-7-2016 को माननीय संचार मंत्री जी श्रीमान मनोज सिन्हा जी से वार्ता की तत्पश्चात माननीय सचिव -डाक विभाग से वार्ता हुई l दिनांक 14-7-2016 को जबतक हमें लिखित आश्वाशन नहीं मिला, हमने हड्ताल वापस नहीं ली l इस बीच में निदेशालय से बी.पी.ई.एफ. की हड्ताल होने की सूचना भी पूरे देश में भेज दी गई l माननीय सचिव -डाक विभाग से हुई वार्ता के तत्पश्चात लगभग 5 बजे हमें लिखित आश्वाशन मिला तब हमने हड्ताल स्थगित की किन्तु हमने निदेशालय को बता दिया है कि यदि समय से हमारी माँगे पूरी न हुई तो हम 29 अगस्त को पूरे देश के कर्मचारियों के साथ तथा सरकारी कर्मचारी राष्ट्रीय परिसंघ से जुड़े सभी केंद्र व् राज्य सरकारों के संघठन के साथ वित्तमंत्री के आवास पर प्रदर्शन करेंगे l

मित्रों , हम अन्य संघठनो की तरह नहीं है जो बिना शर्त हड्ताल वापस लेकर आम कर्मचारयों में झूठा भ्रम फैला रहे है l मित्रों , अन्य संघठनो के बिना शर्त किये गये समझौते से ट्रेड यूनियन का स्तर काफी गिरा है l बी.पी.ई.एफ. के सभी कार्यकर्ताओ से अपील है कि इसका अधिक से अधिक प्रचार प्रसार करे एवं दूसरे संघठनो के कृत्यों की जमकर निंदा करे l

AFTER SERIES OF DISCUSSION WITH HON'BLE MINISTER OF STATE FOR COMMUNICATION (INDEPENDENT CHARGE) SHRI MANOJ SINHA AND RESPECTED SECRETARY - DEPARTMENT OF POSTS SHRI S.K. SINHA , A WRITTEN ASSURANCE AND APPEAL TO DEFFER THE STRIKE WAS ISSUED BY DEPARTMENT OF POSTS.

IN LIGHT OF ABOVE THE CORE COMMITTEE OF BPEF SAT IN T-21, ATUL GORVE ROAD NEW DELHI AND DECIDED TO DEFFER THE STRIKE.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR ENGAGEMENT TO ALL APPROVED CATEGORIES OF GDS POSTS – REVIEW THEREOF

Sub: Selection process for engagement to all approved categories of GDS posts – Review thereof.

Reference is invited to this Directorate order No.17-39/6/2012-GDS dated 14-01-2015 vide which the revised eligibility criteria for engagement to GDS posts was prescribed.

2. It has been observed that due to maximum age limit of 30 years many of GDS engaged in their prime youth tend to leave for want of better opportunities and the needy and competent persons who have ceased the maximum age limit criteria are deprived of the opportunity.

3. Further reference is invited to this Directorate order No.17-39/7/2012-GDS dated 14-01-2015 and letter No.17-39/2012-GDS dated 16-09-2015 in para 2(b) (vii) of aforementioned letter it has been stipulated that “the authority higher to the recruiting authority will nominate a committee constituting of three members including recruiting authority with two others not below the rank of Inspector Posts. Beside the said authority will decide the date on which such committee will meet for finalizing selection”

4. The above orders have been reviewed and the following amendments are approved by the competent authority and shall take into effect from the date of issue of this letter.

(a) The entry age to the GDS posts shall be raised up to 40 years of age (further relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC categories and 05 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST. Maximum age of Casual Labourers shall be 45 years (48 years for OBC & 50 years for SC/ST) subject to fulfilling other conditions of eligibility.

(b) The instructions about formation of committee consisting of three members prescribed vide para 2 (b) (viii) of this Directorate letter No.17-39/2012-GDS dated 16-09-2015 be withdrawn and the recruiting authorities may be allowed to continue engagement of GDS without formation of such committee.
