Sub:    Harassment of office bearers & Members of affiliated unions of BPEF and union wise discrimination in W.B. Circle- Regarding . 

Respected Sir,

With due respect, following cases of harassment and union wise discrimination is presented below  for your immediate action please.

1.    Immediate CBI enquiry over Cheque Fraud case of Kolkata G.P.O. may please be ordered. The matter is well known to Department.

2.    Shri Rajenderan Divisional Secretary, and Shri N.K. Paul, President BPEA Gr. C  Andman Nicobar Dn. have been transferred 100 K.M. from H.Q. (Port Blair) . They may be brought into H.Q. and their frequent transfer may be avoided as they are important office bearers of union.

3.    Shri Prakash Kumar Maity Treasurer BPEA Gr. C presently posted in Khadakpur S.O. may be posted at Contai H.O. Midnapur Dn. (Representation Attached).

4.    Immediate action over Department Letter No. 10-01/2015-SR dated 30-11-2015 may please be ensured . The Subject of letter is Harassment & mass transfer activity in West Bengal Circle.   

5.    Immediate action over Department Letter No. 10-01/2015-SR dated 20-10-2015 may please be ensured . The Subject of letter is Regarding problem of North Kolkata Dn.

6.    Immediate action over Department Letter No. 16-21/2015-SR dated 20-10-2015 may please be ensured. The Subject of letter is Problem of Midnapur Dn. and North Hoogly Dn. in West Bengal Circle.   

7.    Immediate action over BPEA Gr. C Letter No. BPEA/Alipore/ W.B. /2015-16 dated 26-02-2016 may please be ensured.

8.    Immediate action over BPEA Gr. C Letter No. BPEA/ W.B./ Circle Union  /2015-16 dated 25-02-2016 may please be ensured .

9.    Immediate action over BPEA Gr. C Letter No. BPEA/Cooch Behar / W.B. /2015-16 dated 26-02-2016 may please be ensured .
