Sub:    Harassment of office bearers & Members of affiliated unions of BPEF and union wise discrimination in Bihar  Circle- Regarding . 

Respected Sir,

With due respect, and with every hope of judgement,  we feel hurt in complaining against P.M.G. Muzaffurpur Shri Gupta on account of his open remark / challenge being made continuously in front of office bearers of BRMS-III & IV and BPEA Gr. C & Postman & MTS Union that he is not going to settle any agenda items of Bharatiya Unions. Also he has not provided to the union any meeting till date. In is line every Divisional Supdt. is harassing , charge sheeting and suspending the BPEF affiliated members for petty reasons.

As it is a harassment case of higher officer , we are expecting a strict communication over such type of remark with instruction to provide all facilities as par order 3-6-2015 and immediate redressal of proposed agenda item of unions from the Directorate.
