Sub:    Harassment of office bearers & Members of affiliated unions of BPEF and union wise discrimination in Maharashtra Circle- Regarding . 

Respected Sir,

With due respect, following cases of harassment and union wise discrimination is presented below  for your immediate action please.  

(1)  During Rotational Transfer in Chanderpur Dn. ,Nagpur Region  Shr. R.A. Fulzele Asstt. Secretary-I  of the branch & SPM Cement Nagar has been transferred 60 K.M. away and no request on union ground has been considered whereas 8 O.A. D.O. transferred were take back within  4 days by PMG Nagpur as they were members of All India Union. The verification process therefore has been disturb.  (Representation attached)

(2)  The list submitted by union in verification process 2015 in Chandrapur Dn. in Nagpur Region   has neither displayed on notice bard nor finalized in presence of authorized office bearer of union. (Representation attached)

(3)  In Goa Region it is noticed by this union that , membership authorization forms of AIPEU Class-III (Gr. C) have been signed by Shri S.B. Sawant as authorized office bearers of the union. However Shri Sawant is retired from the Department of Posts on 31-3-2015 , well before commencement of membership verification process. As per the provisions of para 5 D of CCS (RSA) Rules , 1993 dated 5-11-93 an employee cannot become office bearer of an association who is not member of that Association . After retirement deduction of membership subscription stops and hence union membership of that employees in the Association cease and he cannot remain office bearer of the Association.

Hence it is requested not to consider he authorization letters signed by unauthorized or non member of that union. (Representation attached)

(4)  In Amravati Dn. in Nagpur region personnel harassment and mental torture tactics by Shri A.N. Vighare officiating PRI(P) Amravati HPO are being adopted and the representation are  not being heard by authorities. (Representation attached)  

(5)  Shri S.B. Vyhare APMG staff Maharashtra Circle , Mumbai is  harassing our union members and not considering the representation and grievances positively.

(6)  Union Accommodation  to other unions are being allotted but despite availability of  space union accommodation to our union at Mumbai Foreign Post, Mumbai GPO, HRO  and other units are not being allotted.
