Sub:    Harassment of office bearers of affiliated unions of BPEF on account of their fight  against corruption Jharkhand Circle  – Regarding.

Respected Sir,

With due respect I am presenting a case of harassment of Divisional Secretary Giridih Dn. Jharkhand Circle Shri Jai Ram Mishra on account of his fight against corruption prevalent  in Giridih Dn. .

(1)  The Inspector of P.O.s Shri Udai Kumar in Giridih Dn. is continuously black mailing Shri Jai Ram Mishra Divisional Secretary BPEA Gr. C Giridih Dn. . His personal complaint have been launched at various level but no action is taken. Because of in action by authorities there the said IPO has withheld illegally his 10 days salary and not released it yet.
(2)  The Inspectors of P.O.s of  entire Jharkhand Circle are harassing the GDS employees for one reason or  others. In Devghar Dn. the Inspector has called a GDS meeting for business purposes but he did not turned up and entire GDS staff was to go back on its own cost and there work of day suffered without compensation.
3.    It has been reported that Shri K.K Sahu present Accountant in Giridih H.O. was arrested by CBI four years back and put into Jail for 90 days on  account of charges of corruption. Unfortunately, the Circle and Divisional authorities posted him on same seat of Accountant of Giridih Dn. on which he has  done corruption. Now he is harassing all the innocent employees who have helped the CBI and Postal authorities against his charges.
We are expecting immediate action over the entire matter.

With regards,

Yours sincerely

                                                                                                 ( S.K. Mishra )
                                                                                            Secretary General
