01- As you know that, All India conference of Bhartiya Postal Employees Association Gr.  C is going to be held on 16.09.2017 to 17.09.2017 at Saharanpur ( UP.) The  invitation and posters in this regard will be dispatched in the first week of August 2017

02- About Saharanpur City

This City is situated  New Delhi to Amritsar railway rout & distance of some famous places is as under:-

Saharanpur to New Delhi near about 200 K.M. ,  Haridwar 40 K.M.,  Massoori 60 KM. and  Kurukshtra 60 KM.

Therefore delegates may take advantage of this conference for LTC also. Please take railway reservation immediately. At least. 07 delegates must have to be reached to Saharanpur from each division for which special CL will be granted to them as per order issued from Dte. Circular No 8-20/2013 SR dated 21-06-2017

03-   Shri Manoj Sinha  Ji, Hon’ble Minister of State for  Communication (Independent Charge ),  and Hon Shri A.N. Nanda ji  , Secretary (Post)  and   Shri Udai ji Patwardhan  from BMS will be Chief Guest of  the conference. So it is humbly requested for participate in Saharanpur conference with good number  of delegates.

04- A Special Addition of Postal Bharti  Magzine have to be published on this Occasion. Therefore all the big branches of your circle should have to publish their advertisement in this special addition Rate of advertisement is as under.

1-For half   page 2500/- and for full page 5000/-  Amount for above advertisement  Remit  through EMO to Shri M S Chandel G.S. The Draft of advertisement sent to Shri  Prem Chand in above Addressee.

Advertisement may also be received from other persons institutions and intimate accordingly to the undersigned G.S. or  Shri Prem Chand.

05- All the Delegates should have to attend the conference on 16-09-2017 to 17-09-2017. Then after they can  go their place of visit so keep in view accordingly at the time of railway reservation properly.

06- Demonstration against the announcement of the Govt. regarding Allowances wef 01-07-2017 at Divisional Levels between 17-07-2017 to 23-07-2017 as directed by the Govt. Employees national confederations for demand of HRA 10 20 30 wef 01-01-2016.

07- A Big Demonstration in going for be held on 18-08-2017 at Janter  Manter New Dehli in support of Various demands.
