 you know the foundation day of BMS is 23rd  July Due to COVID 19 & picarious condition of Delhi area  it is not possible to make the ceremony at BPEF HQ NewDelhi  All Circle Secretaries are requested to celebrate the foundation day in their Circle Similarly they will advise their Divisional Secretaries & Branch Secretaries to make the ceremony in their Division & Branches  Further Circle Secretaries are requested to send celebration photos to Federation directly for exhibition in BPEF Website.
