THE CADRE RESTRUCTURING OF RMS & OTHER WINGS OF DEPARTMENT OF POSTS
The Secretary General B.P.E.F. met to Secretary (Posts) today and discussed about cadre restructuring of RMS & other wings. The Secretary (Posts) informed that the report of cadre restructuring sent to DOP&T. Orders are going to be issued in this matter very soon.
NFPE & FNPO both demanded kept in abeyance for implementation of Cadre Restructuring . They wrote for System administrator, Business Executive as LSG. Practically no such post in DOP. There is no utility of System Admin after introduction of CSI. Actually some aged people of both Union is just taking working support by giving their password to SA. Some VRS also safeguarded by SA. LSG can be Treasurer vide [DG Posts No. 6-3/91- PAP dated 23 -10- 1992] and MemoNo. 3-2/85- SPB-II dated 14-12- 1988. It is known that Treasury allowances will be abolished after allowance committee report. Please take necessary action sothat cadre review be implemented . some changes may come after 30 year in Postal Assisten system

ReplyDeleteAfter implementation of Cadre Restructuring if they are vacant post of LSG cadre in any division, then they should be posted in their Division only. Generally employee does not like to go out station in the middle age when they are no financially benefit in such condition they start to refuse promotion. The purpose of promotion becomes useless. The such scheme may be implemented in HSG I & HSG II case also.
