It is hereby notified that as per provisions contained in the Union Constitution the 13^th All India Conference of Bharatiya Postal Employees Association Gr. ‘C’ (CHQ) will be held from 15th to 16th June,  2014 at Ambedkar Bhavan, Near Navyog Collage P.O. Opp. Rushabh Towar Surat- 395 009 (Guj.) to discuss the following items of agenda, Shri R. Chandra Prakash All India President will preside.

1. Confirmation of the minutes of 12^th AIC held at Bhuj (Guj.)
2. Adoption of General Secretary report.
3. Adoption of accounts of the All India Union & Financial Review.
4. Organizational Review.
5. Discussion the 7^th Pay Commission.
6. Review of publication “Postal Bharati”.  
7. Mission 2015 regarding membership verification.
8. Amendment to the Constitution if any.
9. Election of CHQ office bearers for next term.
10. Any other items with the permission of the Chair.
