Suppose if a GDS perfoms the duty of a MTS from a date after 01.01.2016 after implementation of the 7th CPC on Ad-hoc arrangement, then will the GDS be entitled for pay scales of the 7th CPC or the 6th CPC??Any ruling in support, please provide.
