NEWS IN BRIEF

1.    Children Education Allowance of GDS : Order is likely to be issued.  

2.    Leave Encashment for GDS : Order is likely to be issued.

3.    Voluntary retirement for GDS : Order is likely to be issued.  

4.    OSA to RMS Staff : A Committee has been formed under the Chairmanship of Chief PMG Odisa. The First meeting of committee is scheduled to be held  very shortly. The Union office bearers will be invited in 2^nd meeting of Committee for taking views of union  regarding OSA.

5.    Revision of Uniform Allowance: To revise the present uniform allowance Rs. 5000/- to 10000/-, it has been  decided by the Postal Board to form a committee to examine the demand of BPEF.
