CGHS – PERMISSION FOR INVESTIGATIONS/TREATMENT PROCEDURES

No Permission is required for getting listed Investigations/ Treatment Procedures done at the CGHS empanelled Diagnostic Centres/Hospitals, if prescribed by CGHS Medical Officer/ CMO Incharge or Government Hospital specialist.

Listed Investigations/Treatment Procedures prescribed by a specialist of empanelled hospital need to be endorsed by the referring CGHS Medical Officer/ CMO Incharge, however permission is not required in this case also.

For unlisted Investigations/Treatment Procedures permission is required from the AD of the City/Zone in case of pensioners and Head of Department/Office in case of serving employees. However for pensioners of Autonomous bodies the permission is to be given by the concerned department only.

Procedure for getting the investigations done by an empanelled Diagnostic centre/Hospital

The following documents are required to be submitted:
1. Self attested copy of prescription of CGHS Doctor / Government specialist
2. Copy of CGHS Card of the patient and main card holder.
3. Original Prescription and Original Cards are to be produced at the centre for verification.

Investigation can be done within 14 days of the advice only.

Procedure for getting for any treatment procedure done at an empanelled hospital
The following documents are required:
1. Self attested copy of prescription of CGHS Doctor / Government specialist
2. Copy of CGHS Card of the patient and main card holder.
3. Original Prescription and Original Cards are to be produced at the centre for verification.

Treatment procedures can be done within 3 months of the advice only.

MAIN DEMANDS FOR 17 NOVEMBER2017 RALLY.
1.     Resolve long pending issues of Aanganwadi and other Scheme Workers.
2.     Provide Labour and Farmers representation in NITI Ayog .
3.     Stop curtailing workers rights in the name of Labour Law Reforms.
4.     Implement Minimum wages in all types of industries/ establishments at all levels.
5.     Reimburse all types of Cess amount affected after GST implementation to all concerned Labour Welfare Boards.
6.     Increase funds to Unorganised Sector Workers welfare Fund.
7.     Implement Equal wages forequal work in all sectors. Also make State governments and Private Sector toimplement the same strictly.
8.     Mandatory implementation of Tripartite Mechanism under ILO 144 Convention in all States. (So that, the Sates can implements all Central Schemes properly.)
9.     End all forms of Contract labour. Regularise the employees having served for a specific time period with same designation. Also provide them pension and other Social Security benefits including Medical facilities.
10.            Fill all vacant posts at all levels in departments & Establishments.
11.            Resolve pending problems of Financial Sector workers.
12.            Grant one more Pension option to all Insurance and Banking employees.
13.            Implement Old Pension Scheme.
14.            Save Public Sector and Financial Institutions.
15.            Stop Disinvestment and FDI.
16.            Resolve anomalies of 7thCPC.
17.            Provide 200 days jobs to MGNAREGA Workers.
18.            Implement ESI to Un-Organized Sector Workers.
19.            Established Transport Workers Welfare Boards in all States & strengthen State Transport services.

सभी सर्किल  सेक्रेटरी / डिवीजनल सेक्रेटरी  से निवेदन है कि अपने -अपने   डिवीजनल हेड पर दिनांक 20  फरवरी 2018 को श्रमिक विरोधी  बजट के खिलाफ में लंच ऑवर में काले बैच लगाकर दिनांक 20  फरवरी 2018 को  गेट मीटिंग करना है और इसकी रिपोर्ट फेडरेशन को करनी है l भारतीय मज़दूर संघ का परिपत्र नीचे संलग्न है l
